NYCCT Ticket Policy
Tickets will not be refunded due to the school’s cancellation. Please notify us 48 hours in advance of a cancellation.
- Tickets will not be refunded due to late seating. If your school is not seated by 11:20am, you forfeit your tickets to the performance.
- Tickets may be refunded in the event of inclement weather If NYC Public Schools have a delayed opening or closures, you will be notified by a member of the NYCCT team and the show will be cancelled.
