Join New York City Children’s Theatre Teaching Artist, Caitlyn, for a Creative Clubhouse Stories class to celebrate Black History Month! In this class children will use theatre to explore Roda Ahmed’s picture book Mae Among the Stars. The book explores Dr. Mae Jemison’s childhood dreams of traveling to space and echoes her mother’s words: “If you believe it, and work hard for it, anything is possible.”
