Make a Paper Plate Caterpillar with Us!

We’re wrapping up our celebration of spring today with this adorable paper plate caterpillar!
Creative Clubhouse KIDS

What You’ll Need

  • Paper Plate
  • Sheet of GreenPaper
  • Pencil
  • Crayons
  • Glue and/or Tape
  • Safety Scissors

What To Do

  1. Cut off a piece of the edge of your paper plate so that you have a curvy piece.
If you do not have safety scissors, make sure a grownup helps you!
  2. Draw a circle with two antennas for your caterpillar. Add a face with your crayons!
  3. Cut out your caterpillar’s head.
If you do not have safety scissors, make sure a grownup helps you!
  4. Using tape or glue, attach your caterpillar’s head to your curvy piece of paper plate.
  5. Color your caterpillar’s body any color(s) you’d like. We chose two shades of green, yellow, and orange!

And now you have your paper plate caterpillar!
