What You’ll Need
- Sheet of Yellow Paper
- Sheet of Black Paper
- One Pipe Cleaner
- Pencil
- Crayons
- Glue and/or Tape
- Safety Scissors
What To Do
- Draw two circles on your yellow paper and then one complete circle on the black paper. Draw one last circle that connects at the top, almost like a teardrop!
Cut out your circles!
If you do not have safety scissors, make sure a grownup helps you!- Glue your circles on top of each other in a yellow-black-yellow-black pattern. We used some tape on the back to secure it as well.
- Draw two eyes and a smile on the top yellow circle
- Cut your pipe cleaner in half.
If you do not have safety scissors, make sure a grownup helps you! - Twirl the two pieces of pipe cleaner around your finger to make a twirl at the top!
- Glue or tape both pieces of pipe cleaner to the top of the bee’s head.
And now you have your bumble bee!
