Draw a Family Story!

Miguel and Coquí listened as members of their families told them stories. Ask a grownup in your family to tell you a story about their life. Then download our activity sheet and draw a picture about that story.

Draw a Family Story

Download our free activity sheet and draw a picture of a story that a grownup has told you about your family! For example, Miguel would draw a picture of Abuelo meeting Roberto Clemente!

Stay Tuned!

We’ll be releasing a new activity based on De Aquí Como el Coquí every Thursday through October 15th, including a read aloud of the book!

NYCCT is excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with our new read aloud of De Aquí Como el Coquí!

Miguel’s home, Puerto Rico, is currently experiencing massive flooding and power outages due to the impact of Hurricane Fiona. Please visit the link in our bio to learn how you can support the people of Puerto Rico.

If you enjoyed this activity, please consider making a donation to New York City Children’s Theater.

Your gift will enable us to continue the critical work we are doing right now and enable us to continue planning for the future.
