What You’ll Need
- Sheet of Green Paper
- Multi-Colored Pom Poms
- Pipe Cleaner
- Pencil
- Crayons
- Glue and/or Tape
- Safety Scissors
What To Do
- Trace a leaf on the green paper using your pencil or a crayon.
- Cut out your leaf.
If you do not have safety scissors, make sure a grownup helps you! - Cut your pipe cleaner in half and then in half again.
If you do not have safety scissors, make sure a grownup helps you! - Glue or tape your pipe cleaner pieces to a large pom pom to make the caterpillar’s antenna. Curve them at the top.
- Glue or tape your pom poms to the sheet, creating the caterpillar’s body. It can be a straight line or curve a little!
And now you have your caterpillar on a leaf!
