Amber Kennedy

Amber Kennedy is a lawyer admitted in Australia and California, and a senior member of the Sustainability Advisory Practice Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Amber advises on the full range of corporate sustainability matters, including transactional risks, impact investments, sustainability strategy, disclosures, sustainable financing, and private equity stewardship. Amber also provides guidance on public policy engagement and conducts risk assessments for clients. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Amber advised on M&A and private equity transactions in Australia, Singapore and the U.S., where she supported sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, publicly listed entities and founders with acquisitions, divestments, strategic minority investments, joint ventures and commercial alliances.

In 2024, Amber received a Certificate in Impact Investing from Columbia Business School Executive Education. Amber also has an active pro bono practice, regularly providing legal support to non-profit organizations and members of the community. In her spare time, Amber enjoys adventures with her husband and son, hiking and yoga.
